Kre8tivlyKre does not offer exchanges or returns on any of our products sold; however we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and will work diligently to resolve any issues on our end as well as process any necessary refunds due to error. To report any issues with an order and request a return/exchange, please contact us at Kre8tivlyKre@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the package. We also ask that you include a clear photo of the items for review.

Yes, All orders except for custom jackets are processed within 3-5 business days with the exception of weekends and holidays. This does NOT include the shipping time as that can vary. USPS is our current shipping carrier and the shipping delivery timespan will rely solely on them. Estimated deliveries for Standard Flat Rate could vary between 2-5 business days after processing. Please be sure to check your tracking information for updates.

Priority mail can vary from 2-3 business days after processing. PLEASE NOTE that as postage prices continuously increase we will have to make minor increases on our end to help offset the differences in postage cost.

Please understand that once an order is shipped and tracking information is provided, Kre8tivlyKre is no longer responsible for any loss or damaged packages. We strongly advise you to purchase insurance to protect your package. 

Yes, to ensure the best quality please provide image in AI, EPS, PDF, SVG or Hi-RES PNG with a TRANSPARENT BACKGROUND.
